Atlantic and Pacific Development Group was founded by a group of professional Businessmen, and was incorporated in Nassau County, in the state of New York. Mr. Timothy J. Leake is the Group President/C.E.O. of the Corporation, while Dr. Winston Odumu-Ojobi is the Senior Vice President/Group Managing Director. Several of the other staff of the Corporation are made up of various professionals in Engineering, Finance, Logistics and Administration etc. The aspiration of the founders of the corporation, is for the purpose of carrying on international businesses with specific desire to participate in the Global Oil and Gas Business (this includes; Prospecting, Mining, Refining, Storage, Distribution & Transportation), Telecommunications, Broadcasting, Real Estate, Power Generation, Rail Transport, Aviation, Gaming & Sports, Recreation & Hospitality.
To achieve the desired goals of Atlantic and Pacific Development Group, we have put together a consortium of Companies in Nigeria, in order to form a very strong strategic partnership. These companies are involved in several dynamic projects that will be harnessed together by the lead Corporation, for the development of Africa, bearing in mind, job creation and equal opportunity for human development. And this will in turn, generate great revenue for Investors, all the associate companies and greater revenue for the lead Corporation and making products of the companies globally available and acceptable.
Atlantic and Pacific Development Projects Limited; is incorporated in Nigeria and a subsidiary Corporation of Atlantic and Pacific Development Group USA LLC. The Company was incorporated in Nigeria on the 22nd of October 2014 to carry on various projects in Nigeria in cooperation with the Parent Company, Atlantic and Pacific Development Group USA LLC. The company is also registered with the NNPC (Reg No. 34278).
The Star projects of Atlantic and Pacific Development Projects Limited in Nigeria are the Affordable and Quality Housing for Federal & State Civil Servants, the Military, Para-Military, Retirees & Citizens, Information & Communications Technology (ICT), and Project Management.
- Affordable and Quality Housing Projects;
Atlantic and Pacific Development Projects has designed a product in the Housing for the housing needs of different classes of people. This ranges from Low Income, Middle and Upper income earners. There is also a Luxury product for the High flyers. This estates will have all amenities including un-interrupted power supply, clean drinking water, security, internal communication, cable television and internet coverage. We are on the process of acquiring a very large portion of Land (over 200 Hectares) for the estate development in Abuja, Nigeria. We also intend to be involved in Human development in the following; - Information & Communications Technology (ICT)
- Casinos and Gaming
- Acquisition, Infrastructural and Management Consulting;
Some of the projects that the Corporation is interested in, is Operation of first class Casinos in some Five Star Hotels in Nigeria. Our Corporation is looking at the possibilities available in leasing/acquiring some run down companies and factories owned by the Federal Government of Nigeria, State Governments and other Corporate organizations. These establishments will possibly be refurbished and re-equipped with the highest grade of the latest equipments. our Corporation will hire very high class managers to effectively manage these establishments.
We understand that to carry out the above projects successfully, our Corporation will require a lot of funding. It is with this understanding that our Lead Corporation Atlantic and Pacific Development Group USA LLC having discussed and concluded with the subsidiary companies; Baychester Petroleum International Limited and Atlantic and Pacific Development Projects Limited, decided to invite Investors and financiers for this unique opportunity for Investment and Strategic Partnership for the actualizations of the Modular Refinery Campus Projects in Benue and Kaduna States of Nigeria. Also, these investors will have a choice of other projects that they may be interested in the Star Projects of Atlantic and Pacific Development Projects Limited.
